Our relationship blossomed and continues today. I was honored to have her review my newest release, If I Were Your Woman.

Here is what Renee Williams, aka, “Ms. All The Buzz Reviews” shared with me about reading romance . . . .

Why did you decide to read romance novels?
I’ve been reading romance since junior high.
My mother had a stash of Harlequin novels and while she was at work, I would sneak (or so I thought LOL) and read them. I’ve been hooked ever since.

What are the elements of a great romance for you as a reader?
For me, it has to be the actual romantic aspects. I’m a die-hard, sappy romantic and proud of it. LOL I like the “courting” aspect. That speaks to me on a very deep level and what really brings the novel together for me.

What is the hardest part of reading a romance/the easiest for you?
The hardest part would be reading about characters who don’t seem “real”. I like being able to relate to a character. I hate reading stories that are pretentious. The easiest part is enjoying watching the couple fall in love and falling in love right along with them.

What is the most rewarding thing about being a romance reader?
I guess I would have to say that even though “happily ever after” doesn’t always happen in real life, reading a romance always gives me hope.

Join the celebration and show Renee some by checking out her video book review of IF I WERE YOUR WOMAN at UStreamTV.com
